In
July of
2004, my
husband of
almost fifty
years and I
rode into
the area for
the first
time. We
bought a lot
and decided
to build. We
no one here
and asked
for a list
of builders.
We liked the
name
Riverdale
Construction
and called,
Jeff
Chester,
owner. After
a couple of
conversations
with Jeff,
checking
credentials
and speaking
to another
satisfied
client who
happens to
be a doctor,
plans
proceeded to
build our
dream home.
I don't know
much about
construction,
but my
husband did.
His job of
40+ years
involved
building
stations for
a major oil
company.
What a
POSITIVE
experience
in my life
this home
turned out
to be!
Everything
proceeded
very well
for months
and we were
so excited
to have many
new friends.
(Including
Jeff and
Cheryl
Chester, the
framers, the
electrician,
the plumber,
the
painters,
etc.)
Unfortunately
when our
home was
about 90
percent
finished, my
husband was
taken ill
and passed
away. I can
truly tell
you that
this home
was finished
with much
pride and is
one of the
most
attractive
and best
quality-built
homes in the
neighborhood.

my beautiful
home and for
loving, kind
people like
Jeff and his
crew who
have helped
see me
through this
time of my
